Terms of Use

1. About the Service

Lunaris is a bot for the Discord messenger and a web panel for the administrators of servers where the bot is installed. Hereinafter: the "Service", "we" or the "Operator".

These terms govern the use of the bot (commands, buttons and messages in Discord) and the website lunarisbot.ru together with the panel panel.lunarisbot.ru. You can contact us at support@lunarisbot.ru.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By using the bot on a server, adding it to a server or signing in to the panel, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only at the age allowed by Discord's rules (not younger than 13, and older in some countries). If you create or administer a server, you confirm that you are entitled to accept these terms on behalf of the server.

The Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines also apply. In case of a conflict, Discord's rules prevail.

3. What the Service does

The bot provides music in voice channels, a game economy with virtual currency, a role shop and levels, cases, giveaways, moderation tools, an AI assistant, welcome messages and tickets. Administrators configure these features through the panel.

The set of features may change: we may add, change and remove features without prior notice.

4. Rules of use

It is prohibited to:

• use the Service to break the law or Discord's rules, including harassment, threats, distribution of prohibited content and spam;
• look for and exploit vulnerabilities, bypass restrictions (command limits, case limits, permission checks) or overload the Service with automated requests;
• access the data of other servers and users, or guess or intercept sessions;
• use multiple accounts to bypass the economy, giveaways and restrictions;
• impersonate the Operator or the Service.

For violations we may restrict a user's or a server's access to the bot and the panel, including removing the bot from the server.

5. Server administrators

An administrator who added the bot or works in the panel is responsible for the settings on their server and for the consequences of actions performed through the panel: punishments, messages sent on behalf of the bot, and the setup of cases, the shop and giveaways.

• You must tell server members that the bot collects game statistics and processes their data (see the Privacy Policy).
• Moderation (warnings, mutes, bans, anti-spam) consists of decisions of the server administration, not of the Operator. We do not resolve disputes between members and administrators.
• Access to the panel is determined by the "Administrator" permission on the server in Discord. If you lose this permission, you lose access to the server's panel.

6. Virtual currency, cases and prizes

Coins, cases, XP, levels and roles inside the bot are elements of a game. They are not money, electronic means of payment or property, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed from the Operator. The bot does not accept real money.

• Prize drop chances are set by the server administrator through prize weights. We do not guarantee any particular result and are not responsible for the values chosen by the administrator.
• Role prizes and text prizes are issued and fulfilled by the server on which the case is opened. The Operator is not obliged to issue or pay for prizes.
• Balance and inventory may be changed or reset by the server administrator, in case of errors, failures and bot updates.
• It is prohibited to use the bot for gambling for money and to sell or exchange game items for real money on behalf of the Service.

7. Music

The bot does not store or distribute music files. Playback comes from external services (for example YouTube, SoundCloud, Yandex Music) at a member's request, and its availability depends on those services, their rules and regional restrictions.

By requesting a track, you are responsible for complying with the rights of right holders and the rules of those services. We may stop playback and restrict the feature if required by platform rules or the law.

8. AI assistant

AI answers are generated automatically by a third-party model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Do not use them as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Do not send the bot passwords, passport, payment or other personal data: the text of your request is passed to a third-party AI provider (more in the Privacy Policy).

9. Availability and data safety

The Service is provided "as is". Interruptions, errors, updates and data loss are possible. We try to make backups but do not guarantee them and do not promise uninterrupted operation of the bot and the panel.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, loss of game data, the actions of server administrators and members, or the operation of third-party services (Discord, hosting, music platforms, the AI provider).

This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time and remove the bot from your server. Data may remain for some time after that (see the "Retention periods" section of the Privacy Policy) and is deleted on request.

We may suspend or terminate the Service or a part of it, and restrict access for violators.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page; the date of the version is shown at the top. If you keep using the Service after publication, you are considered to have accepted the changes.

13. Law and contacts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation: write to support@lunarisbot.ru.
