1. Who we are and what this document covers
This policy explains what data the Lunaris bot, the website lunarisbot.ru and the panel panel.lunarisbot.ru process, why, and for how long.
The data operator is the owner of the Lunaris service. Contact for questions and requests: support@lunarisbot.ru.
2. What data we process

| Game data | Balance and bank, XP and level, daily reward streak, time of the last rewards, case inventory, purchased roles. |
| Moderation | Warnings: to whom, from whom, the reason and the time. Data about mutes and bans is stored by Discord itself. |
| Giveaways | IDs of members who pressed "Enter", the host and the prize. |
| Reminders | Reminder text, channel and time (until it fires). |
| AI usage | A counter of a user's requests for the current day (for the limit). A short conversation memory is kept only in the bot's RAM and is erased on restart and by the /ai reset command. |
| Server activity | Anonymous daily counters: number of messages, commands, joins and leaves. Message content is not stored. |
| Server settings | Selected channels and roles, welcome and farewell texts, the AI "personality", case and shop prices and prizes. |
| Panel sign-in | When you sign in with Discord we receive your ID, name, avatar and the list of your servers with permissions. This is needed to show only the servers where you are an administrator. We do not store the Discord access token. |
| Panel log | Which administrator changed what and when in the panel (name, ID, action, time). |
| Name cache | Name and avatar hash of members, to show them in the panel. |
| Technical logs | Server logs may contain the IP address, time and address of a request to the website and the panel. |
3. Why we need this data
- so that the bot features work (economy, cases, giveaways, moderation, music, AI, tickets);
- to show administrators statistics and settings in the panel;
- to protect the Service from abuse and to investigate failures;
- to respond to your requests.
We do not sell data, do not show ads and do not build advertising profiles.
4. Who receives the data
To operate the Service, data is available to the following third parties:
- Discord. The bot works through the Discord platform and is subject to its rules and privacy policy.
- AI provider. The text of AI requests (the /ask, /translate, /explain commands and mentions of the bot), a short conversation history and the "personality" set by the administrator are passed to a third-party service configured on the server. Do not send the bot personal or confidential information.
- Music services. The title or link of a track you request is passed to YouTube, SoundCloud or Yandex Music.
- Hosting providers. The Service is hosted on rented servers and uses hosting for the website; they store data technically on our behalf.
- Google Fonts. The website and panel pages load fonts from Google servers, so your IP address and browser data are visible to Google when you open a page.
We may disclose data if required by law or by an authorized body.
5. Cookies
The panel uses one technical cookie, dash_sid, to remember your sign-in. It is protected from reading by scripts (httpOnly) and lasts 12 hours. A second short-lived cookie (dash_state, 10 minutes) protects the Discord sign-in process. The panel also stores your interface language in the lang cookie (up to one year).
The main website lunarisbot.ru does not use cookies; it remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage. We have no advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Retention periods

7. Your rights
You can request information about which of your data we have, correct it or delete it. Write to support@lunarisbot.ru with your Discord ID and the server. To make sure the request is yours, we may ask you to confirm it through Discord. We reply within 30 days.
Some data you or an administrator can remove yourselves: remove warnings in the panel, clear the AI memory with the /ai reset command, remove the bot from the server. Data stored by Discord is deleted through Discord.
8. Data protection
The panel works over a secure connection (HTTPS). Sign-in goes through Discord, secrets and tokens are stored on the server in protected files, and access to the panel is limited by administrator permissions. There is no absolute security: if you notice a vulnerability, please tell us.
9. Age
The Service is not intended for children younger than the age from which Discord allows registration. We do not knowingly collect data about such users. If you believe this has happened, write to us.
10. Changes to the policy
We may update the policy. The current version is always on this page, and the date of the version is shown at the top. We will try to mark significant changes in the bot or on the main page.
